- We highly recommend you visit our website for schedule and session descriptions to make session choices BEFORE attempting to fill out the registration form.
- All fields with an * are required
- Review the total price and add-ons, plus all your answers before hitting submit. Once you submit your registration, you will be unable to make any changes. To view the total price, scroll up to the grey rectangular box located below the registration price options when you’re done.
- Early Bird Registration Prices will be in effect until March 1st, 2026
- Payment options: Paypal, Debit or Credit, E-transfer, and Cheque
Registration Options:
- Full Conference: Includes Sessions, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Friday Buffet Lunch, Friday Academic/Research Presentations at Lunch, Children’s Performances, Coffee Breaks, and Saturday Night Banquet and Dance
- Student: Same as “Full Conference” except it does NOT include the following: Friday Lunch and Saturday Night Banquet. However, there is an option to purchase a Saturday Night Banquet ticket.
- Single Day Registrations: Includes all workshop session, Children’s Performances, and coffee breaks. Does NOT include lunch or dinner.
Additional Registration Options:
- Printed Conference Book – $35 (Note: Registration includes digital copy)
- Video Conference Resource – $50 (Selection of workshop sessions, children’s performances, and opening ceremonies)
- Extra Banquet Ticket – $100 – Includes meal and live dance music

- T Shirt – will be available for purchase through the ‘Big Bang Promotions’ website (not via the conference registration form)
